That’s the true beauty – you don’t need to dedicate a single, precious minute to running your page…we ensure all is running as it should, items are updated and that members are happy.

Following setup, we send the club administrator a complimentary CLUB ID sample, packaged exactly as they will be for all members and supporters.

Your club’s rebates accumulate automatically, roll over and do not expire.

Asking the real questions! With each club item purchased, we donate a portion of the sale back to the club. At the end of each quarter, we send you a full report and statement followed by a bank transfer in the statement amount.

We generally use UK bank-to-bank transfers for clubs/associations based in the UK.

Where the receiving bank (whether in the UK or abroad) imposes a charge, we transfer the balance net of charges.

In some cases we are able to use PayPal or similar (mainstream) transfer service provided the account is linked directly to the club.

In general, a (named) club admin can request a statement at any point, however, we send your official balance via email at the end of each quarter. The statement will include every line-item purchase made via your branded club page. Your branded page from onyxorigin is the only point of sale for your club’s products.

That simple – and it’s the easiest thing for us! Our customised stickers are produced to the highest spec available today and should easily last over 4/5 years with regular indoor and outdoor use...and still look perfect. If for any reason, say, with rugged use, your sticker becomes damaged within the first 12 months, we will replace it free of charge, no questions asked!
